Experience in Care

We have been operating as a visiting (Home, Domiciliary) Care company since 2008, so we have a good deal experience in this area. Our care team have highly experienced health and social care staff whom together have over 60 years experience. We understand the health and social care industry, we are professional and competent in what we do and team who are always willing to go the extra mile.

We manage your care services directly, this means all your care needs are monitored and met directly by us.  You can always contact us anytime should you have any concerns you wish to discuss with us.

Actively Managed Care

We are actively involved in your care provision, you can call us at any and we will answer all your queries. We advertise and recruit all carers, interview them, stringently reference check, complete their disclosure barring service (DBS, formerly CRB) checks and we train them specifically to meet your needs. we train and supervise our staff to support you effectively, we always provide specialist training to our staff based on your specialist care needs so that they fully  understand your specialist needs and how you wish these to be met.

  • we take our recruitment processes very seriously: all our staff are DBS checked for your safety
  • we offer all our staff both generic and specialist training based on your particular needs, making sure that all your needs are met
  • we offer regular supervision to all our care staff to make ensure that your needs are regularly reviewed and discussed with the care staff to maintain the very high standards of care services that we aspire to provide
  • we're here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to answer all your calls and queries where necessary. We promise to always return your calls even if we missed the call.

Our Philosophy of Care

Circle of Care only employ a small percentage of those who apply to become Live-in Carers. This means that you can be assured that the person who will be living with you or your loved one is highly trained, professional and above all, has your health and wellbeing at the forefront of all they do for you.

Prior to being placed a live-in care worker with you, we will visit you at home to undertake a comprehensive assessment of your needs including your environment, we will asked how you would like your live-in carer to support you in terms of meeting your choices and preferences. All the information we collect from you would be used to create your care plan. We actively encourage your involvement to create your care plan so that they reflect your true care needs. We match your live-in carers too not only for their skills and specialisms, but also for their interests and personality traits to promote a good working relationship. We believe that it is very important that those who live together get along and have common interests. We match your live-in carers too not only for their skills and specialisms they have, but also for their interests and personality traits to promote a good working relationship.
